1. About JoinQ

JoinQ ("we", "us", "our") is a digital queue management platform that allows customers to join and manage queues remotely and allows businesses to manage customer flow more efficiently.

JoinQ is provided as a mobile application and related services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use JoinQ.
• By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• If you are using JoinQ on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

3. Account Registration

To use JoinQ, you may need to create an account using:

• Email and password, or
• Third-party sign-in (e.g. Google)

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account details secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

Some features may require payment (e.g. priority access, skip-the-queue).

Where payments apply:

• Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Apple, Google, Stripe)
• JoinQ does not store full payment card details
• All fees are clearly shown before purchase
• All purchases are final, unless required otherwise by law or platform policies

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or harm other users or businesses
• Attempt to manipulate queues unfairly
• Reverse engineer or misuse the app
• Use JoinQ for unlawful purposes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Availability & Changes

JoinQ is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We may:

• Modify features
• Add or remove functionality
• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or business disruption.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, and software belong to JoinQ or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of JoinQ without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• JoinQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• JoinQ is not responsible for actions or decisions of businesses using the platform
• JoinQ does not guarantee outcomes, queue times, or service quality

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using JoinQ at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these terms
• We are required to do so by law
• Continued use poses risk to the platform or users

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
